Having spent most of my working life in veterinary practice, I have seen firsthand the impact this has had on my own mental health and that of the dedicated colleagues I have worked alongside.
After gaining a number of certificates in Person-Centred Counselling and later graduating as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I made it my mission to make a difference.
I now share my work time between locuming as an RVN and working as a Hypnotherapist. I am honoured and privileged to be able to work in two amazing, caring professions.

As well as being a qualified Hypnotherapist, I work part-time as a veterinary nurse. I have over 30 years of experience in the veterinary industry, working in permanent and locum positions in Veterinary hospitals and first opinion practices. I have experienced the highs and lows while working in the profession and have personally been affected by mental health issues within the workplace.
